VMC-E economical-type vertical machining center
High quality machining center which integrates high rigidity, high accuracy and high stability together.
The spindle is provided with step-less speed regulation. The main drive is provided with position feedback loop. The machine tool can carry out high speed and high rigidity tapping. According to the fixed column, axle X and Y can make horizontal and crossed movement. The main spindle box can make vertical movement which balanced by mechanic hammer flexibly and steadity. Basic parts such as bed column can be designed by thermal-symmetric and box-stiffener technologies.
